Abstract

Globalization is a term we hear often these days, and it’s changing almost everything around us, including the world of literature. This paper takes a closer look at what globalization really means and how it has shaped Urdu literature and culture. While globalization can be a complex concept to understand, this study breaks it down, exploring its impact on the way we express ideas, tell stories, and connect with each other through literature. By looking at both the positive and negative sides of globalization, this paper highlights how it has influenced the themes and narratives in Urdu literature, along with the way cultural traditions have evolved. Ultimately, this paper aims to offer a clearer picture of how globalization is not just an economic or political force, but also a powerful influence on the creative and cultural fabric of Urdu literature today.
