Abstract

In today’s world, the path to true success and prosperity lies in the unwavering adherence to the Sunnah (traditions) and Seerat (way of life) of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Every facet of His life serves as a model for us, and it is essential that we embody His noble character in our daily conduct. To achieve this, we must shift away from the distorted perceptions shaped by limited intellect and the excessive influence of Western civilization, instead embracing Islamic culture and values as our true identity. The timeless teachings of Islam must guide our actions, and one profound example of this is the practice of Wudu (ablution), which, when performed in accordance with the Prophetic Sunnah, offers a wealth of both physical and spiritual benefits. This paper explores the scientific interpretation of Wudu, highlighting its profound significance and its holistic impact on the well-being of individuals.
