This study explores the types, aims, and objectives of travel and tourism in the context of the Prophetic biography and Islamic history. The research employs a thematic and analytical approach, examining the various aspects of travel and tourism in Islam, including religious, educational, commercial, and social dimensions. The study highlights the significance of travel in Islam, emphasizing its role in spiritual growth, knowledge acquisition, and community building. The Prophetic biography and Islamic historical context provide valuable insights into the principles and values that govern travel and tourism in Islam, such as hospitality, respect for local customs, and environmental stewardship. The research identifies various types of travel in Islam, including Hajj, Umrah, Jihad, and Rihla (travel for knowledge), and examines their objectives, such as spiritual rejuvenation, education, and economic development. The study concludes that Islamic teachings and practices offer a unique perspective on travel and tourism, emphasizing the importance of responsible and sustainable tourism that benefits individuals, communities, and the environment.
